Our friends from New Zealand - Wilfried, Kaye and children spent the day upstream. We moored up above Kings Lock. A bit of bacon on a piece of string soon results in screams of joy as crayfish are caught and popped in the bucket. We know that these creatures are actually non-native American signal crayfish and they can be trapped commercially and sold to restaurants.
